Introduction#

Flash Revenue Studio is an independent app studio operated by Flash Revenue LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (Colorado Entity ID 20171658420) ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

It applies to our mobile apps on iOS and Android, and to our website flashrevenuestudio.com (together, the "Services"). Where one of our apps has its own privacy policy, that policy applies to that app. By using the Services you acknowledge the practices described here.

Who This Policy Covers#

This policy covers people who use our mobile apps and visitors to our website flashrevenuestudio.com.

Information We Collect#

Information you give us

Account details, such as your name, email address and, if you use Sign in with Apple or Google, the identifier that provider shares with us.
Content you choose to submit in our apps, such as text, photos and your preferences.
Messages you send us, for example to support@flashrevenuestudio.com.

Information collected automatically

Device and app information, such as device model, operating system, app version, language and a random app installation identifier.
Usage information, such as features used and screens viewed.
Crash reports and performance diagnostics.

Information from app stores

Payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of your subscription status and purchase history for our apps. We never receive your card or bank details.

How We Use Information#

To provide and operate the Services.
To manage accounts and subscriptions and to unlock paid features.
To prevent fraud and abuse.
To fix bugs, measure performance and improve our apps.
To respond to support requests and send service messages. We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Third-Party Services#

We use trusted service providers who process information on our behalf and only as we instruct:

Apple App Store and Google Play, for app distribution, purchases and subscriptions.
Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In, if you choose to use them.
Cloud hosting and database providers, to store and run the Services.
AI model providers, to power AI features in our apps.
Analytics and crash reporting tools, to understand usage and fix problems.
Email delivery providers, to send account and support emails.

These providers have their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger or sale of our business, in which case this policy will continue to apply.

Data Retention#

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:

Account information: for as long as your account is active.
Crash and diagnostic logs: up to 90 days.
Purchase and tax records: as long as the law requires.

Data Deletion and Your Rights#

How to delete your account and data

In the app: open the app's settings and choose Delete account.
Without the app: email support@flashrevenuestudio.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my data" and tell us which app you use.

We confirm your request and delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days.

We may keep a limited amount of information after deletion where the law requires it, such as purchase and tax records, or where it is needed to prevent fraud. Anonymized data that can no longer identify you may be kept for analytics.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act and, for users in the EU or UK, the GDPR, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
Correct information that is inaccurate.
Delete your information.
Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share it.
Complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@flashrevenuestudio.com. We may need to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children's Privacy#

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and some of our apps are only available to adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security#

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls and limiting staff access to what is needed. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as required by law.

Changes to This Policy#

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
